I have worked in both Italian and international companies, across food, retail, toys, home design and personal care. I study markets in detail, capture early signals before they become trends, and turn intuition into concrete actions. I’ve helped brands grow, developed categories from scratch, and created store formats and touchpoints—always with the same goal: putting the customer at the center and delivering experiences that bring them back.
