With over 25 years of experience in Managing Director and Sales management rules, I have developed solid expertise in managing international markets, collaborating with multicultural companies active in B2B. My career has evolved within dynamic and challenging contexts, allowing me to refine a strategic vision and a strong ability to adapt to global scenarios. One of the greatest successes achieved is related to my last work experience in which I’ve restructured the D-Link business channels in Italy and Adriatic regions, including change management program, relocation of the headquarters, review HR activities, renewal of marketing function and reshape Sales and Business Channel division with results of 30% OPEX decrease, 40% employee turnover, 5% Business Channel sales increase, opening 9 new Sales agencies and 2 new distributors.
