With a solid background as CFO in a multinational company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and over twenty years of experience in financial, managerial, and strategic areas, I am seeking leadership roles in Finance or General Management to support business growth through data-driven analysis and decision-making. My strengths include the ability to solve complex problems, manage uncertainty, and align cross-functional teams toward common goals. Throughout my career, I have managed several special projects, including M&A transactions (from due diligence to post-acquisition integration), listing on the MTA segment, capital increases, renegotiation of financial debt, and ERP implementation.
